Find your balance…… Join us for a fun yet informative 3 hour session. During this time you will learn a variety of Yoga poses, Somatics, Ball work and Integrated Positional Therapy movements to stretch, release and strengthen the muscles that support your neck, spine, hips, knees, ankles and feet promoting health and a greater sense of wellness.

Our focus is to explore why you may suffer from back pain and what we can do in our Yoga practice and at home to ease our symptoms. Whether you practice Yoga daily or you lack any Yoga experience, we aim to help you understand some underlying issues and give you the tools to help relieve your back pain in your everyday lives.
